Inspiration and origami developments

The web and app should have Japanese design influence with a clean and simple design , I reckon. We should probably continue the theme of squares, line imagery overlays on text and vertical text.

-not sure whether it would be random to add patterns. but it looks cool here.

-I like the hand drawn type style

-The sliding idea is a cool idea
could be used to view taboos maybe?

---------------------

-after many trials I decided to go with the idea of text going upwards on the outside and text going downwards on the inside vertically.
-I felt like the vertical text worked better than vertical and horizontal text.
-Will take a photo of all of them together when I'm done. However I can only print A4s at the moment in black and white.
-For some of them I still need to fix the text alignment.

-All together I count there to be around 26 prints so far. ( 8 chopsticks, 2 rice bowls, 1 miso, 4 teacups, 2 sidedish, 1 sauce bowl, 1 mushroom bowl, 1 teapot, 1 nabe pot, 1 soba tray, 4 napkins.)
-needed to make a checklist so I didn't miss any (hopefully i have written all of them down)
-most of the origami is A3 and under in size, however maybe the nabe and soba tray may be a2.
-will need to print the table mat to size to text arrangements and sizes though.
-Oh yeah for the table mat do you reckon it should be a giant version of the etiquette brochure? so it can be folded down to to a smaller size for transportation purposes.

-heres a mini version- need to print to size when at uni though- just worried about measurements

-Also I relised some origami are thicker than others depending on how many folds it has. When we print I reckon some should be printed on thicker paper stock that others. An example is that the rice bowl is alot thinner than the side dishes or mushroom bowl.

-the nabe bowl would just have its nabe in kanji on it, i reckon. That's what I've decided for now, and also because you can only really see the outside since most of the inside of the bowl will be completely covered.

-used italic font but not sure if I should just use un italics. I used italics to kinda follow the text with the meanings in italics.

-This would be outside the cup.

-This would be inside the bowl

-not sure whether I printed this bowl(mushroom bowl) seems quite small so I might need to enlarge it a little.

-removed the deshita
-paper stock wise do you reckon it would be cool to printthe napkins on rice paper?

-Chopsticks- need to print these to see what the look like folded
-still need to try out the chopstick rests

increased the size of the imagery and also changed the layouts of text.

-couldnt print the nabe bowl and soba plate to size.
-just need to colour the cups

--------------
Poster layouts
-Do you reckon they can just be as simple as this?

-----------------
updated table mat

--------------------
etiquette brochure idea- levels of etiquette
-not sure how this would be layed out though
