notes from formative

-seems to focused on eating culture in nz of Japanese food
-needs more Japanese historical/philosophical reference
-too much focus on the "how to eat" and needs more focus on taboos and reason for them.
-the taboos would resonate more with the audience and seem more useful than the  "how to eat"

-the illustrations aren't resonating and portraying the topic as well as it could
